This page deletes family (parent) accounts only. Teacher accounts are not deleted here. You do not need the Fire tablet app; any ordinary browser works.
Confirming deletion closes access immediately, including Fire tablets paired to the household. We then erase parent and child personal data within 30 days. We keep original news articles. We may keep anonymous monthly counts of quizzes and reads that cannot be linked to your family. Stripe keeps payment records the law requires. We do not keep a secret ID that could rebuild your account later.
Sign in with the parent email for the family you want to delete, then re-enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
